ID Verification & Wristband Collection (Auxiliary Stadium)#

Strict on-site ID verification is enforced to prevent unauthorized transfers and illegal reselling. You must receive a wristband before proceeding to the entry gates.

• Booth Location & Hours: Auxiliary Stadium (보조경기장) ID verification booths operate from 10:00 AM until 30 minutes after showtime (8:00 PM Fri/Sat, 7:30 PM Sun).
• Mandatory Identification: Domestic buyers must present their Coupang Play mobile app booking confirmation and valid physical ID (National ID, Driver’s License, Youth ID). International buyers via NOL WORLD must show their physical passport or Alien Registration Card (ARC). Digital copies or screenshots are not accepted.
• Family Bookings: If a ticket was booked under an immediate family member’s name, you must present the purchaser’s ID, your own physical ID, and an official Family Relation Certificate or Resident Register.
  • Emergency Certificate Kiosk: If you forgot to print your Family Relation Certificate, 24-hour automated certificate kiosks (무인민원발급기) are available on the 1st floor of Ilsanseo-gu Office (일산서구청), located right across the street from Goyang Stadium (a 2–3 minute walk).
• Wristband Rule: Staff will attach the physical wristband directly to your wrist upon verification. Tampered, removed, or lost wristbands cannot be reissued and will result in denied entry. Keep it securely on until you leave.

Entry Gates & Admission Rules#

• Seated Ticket Holders: Entry opens 3 hours before showtime (4:30 PM Fri/Sat, 4:00 PM Sun). Check your assigned gate on your ticket.
• Standing Ticket Holders:
  • Queue Lineup: Queue in the designated standing holding area according to your queue number between 3 hours and 1 hour before showtime (4:30 PM–6:30 PM Fri/Sat, 4:00 PM–6:00 PM Sun). Arriving after the queue window forfeits your number, and you will enter at the end of the line.
  • Sequential Entry: Gate admission begins 1 hour before showtime (6:30 PM Fri/Sat, 6:00 PM Sun).
  • Assigned Gates: S1 section enters via East Gate E1 (동측 E1 게이트); S2 section enters via West Gate W2 (서측 W2 게이트).
• No Re-Entry: Once you pass through the stadium gates and exit to the outside, re-entry is strictly forbidden.
• Phased Exit: After the show concludes, stadium egress is managed in sections to prevent bottlenecks. Remain in your seat until your area is called.

Prohibited Items & Luggage Storage#

• Food & Beverages: Only capped bottled water under 500ml is permitted. All other drinks, alcohol, canned beverages, and outside food are banned.
• Recording Equipment: Professional cameras (DSLRs, interchangeable lenses), action cameras, GoPros, iPads/tablets, selfie sticks, and tripods are strictly prohibited.
• Umbrellas & Rain: Umbrellas cannot be opened in the seating bowl due to sightline and safety concerns. Long umbrellas cannot be brought in. If it rains, one rain poncho per attendee is distributed at the ID verification booth.
