Goyang Stadium North Stand
The north stand is the far end. Front rows are around 142 m out, back rows around 200 m — the longest distances in the venue. What you get for it is a square view: seven of the 11 sections come out head-on and the rest only slightly off-axis, making this the only zone with no strong side angle anywhere in it.
The cost is not subtle. All 11 sections compute as too far to make out a face with the naked eye. What you are watching is the staging and the screens; the performer comes to you through the video wall. This is also the range where binoculars start to earn their place in your bag.
If you want the whole production in one frame, this is the right direction. Lighting and lasers — the parts of the show that happen around the stage rather than on it — read best head-on from a distance.

Frequently asked questions
How well can you see the performer from the N stand?
Not well enough to read a face unaided. At roughly 142–200 m a person subtends a few millimetres held at arm’s length. Treat the screens, phone zoom or binoculars as part of the plan rather than a fallback.
Is there a reason to choose the N stand anyway?
It is the only zone that faces the stage square on. Most side-stand sections come out at a strong angle; the north stand is head-on or close to it. If seeing the staging and lighting as a whole is the point, the distance is a fair trade.
Should I bring binoculars?
Here they make a real difference. Check the show’s own rules first — what is allowed in varies by promoter. And higher magnification amplifies shake, so around 8× is the easiest to hold steady.
