## D-1 Checklist & Essential Rules

WATERBOMB is a giant outdoor water party. Review these rules on D-1 before departing.

1. **Physical ID Card & Mobile Ticket**: Passport, Residence Card, or original Driver's License **MUST be presented in physical form**. Mobile tickets must be opened live inside the NOL WORLD app (**Screenshots strictly invalid** due to security barcodes).
2. **Footwear Selection** (No Flip-Flops): Wet asphalt surfaces get slippery. Flip-flops easily break or cause toe injuries. Wear **aqua shoes**, secure strap sandals, or snug-fitting sneakers that can get wet.
3. **Clear Eye Goggles**: Water cannons and intense water gun fights make it hard to keep your eyes open. Transparent protective goggles are essential for visibility and safety.
4. **Double-Sealed Protection**: Put your smartphone in a high-grade double-lock waterproof pouch. Keep power banks, cards, and cash inside zipped plastic bags for extra sealing.
5. **Water Gun & Drink Rules**: Electric water guns are allowed, but filling water guns with alcohol, dyes, or beverages is strictly prohibited. Outside food and alcohol are banned (except 1 unopened plastic bottle of water under 500ml per person).
6. **Locker Sold-Out Backup**: If Queens Smile lockers are sold out, use the coin lockers inside KINTEX Exhibition Center 2 lobby (next to Halls 6 and 10) or lockers at GTX-A KINTEX Station.

## 1. Using the Queens Smile App (Shuttle, Lockers & Food)

To bypass massive queues on-site, using the **Queens Smile** app in advance is key.

* **Paid Round-Trip Express Shuttles**: Official paid shuttle buses run between major Seoul hubs (such as Gangnam, Sadang, Hapjeong, and Seoul Station) and KINTEX. Pre-booking via the app saves you from post-event subway congestion.
* **Pre-Book On-Site Lockers**: Lockers on-site sell out early, and walk-up queues can be brutal. Pre-ordering locker vouchers through the app gives you a barcode for rapid drop-off.
* **F&B Smart Order**: Food vendors inside the venue utilize Queens Smile smart ordering. Order ahead on the app and pick up your food when notified to avoid waiting in payment lines.

## 2. Summer Weather Survival (Heat & Sudden Showers)

Late July in Korea brings peak summer humidity, strong heat, and sudden torrential downpours. The **KINTEX Outdoor Global Stage** is an open outdoor lot with **virtually no shaded areas**.

* **Heat Exhaustion & Hydration**: Temperatures peak between noon and 16:00. Hydrate continuously throughout the day and reapply sunscreen frequently.
* **Rainy Weather Policy**: Unless a major typhoon alert is issued, the event proceeds as scheduled. Playing in the rain while soaked can cause sudden drop in body temperature. Carry a lightweight **windbreaker** or beach towel to stay warm.

## 3. Locker Hacks & Transit Etiquette

Getting wet is part of WATERBOMB, but leaving the venue completely dry is your primary goal.

* **Changing Room Hack for Locals**: At 22:00 when the show ends, queues for outdoor temporary changing rooms exceed 30 minutes. Dry off with a towel, put on a light raincoat, and walk quietly into the **restrooms on the 2nd or 3rd floor of KINTEX Exhibition Center 2**. The indoor restrooms are air-conditioned, spacious, and move much faster. (Make sure to wipe off excess water before entering the indoor lobby.)
* **Large Heavy-Duty Plastic Bags**: Bring 2～3 large plastic bags or heavy zip-locks to pack your wet clothing, shoes, and water guns.
* **Public Transit Etiquette**: Do NOT sit on subway or bus seats in wet clothes. If you haven't fully changed, **remain standing**. Air conditioning inside trains is strong and can cause severe chills.
* **Taxi Refusals**: Drivers will refuse passengers with wet clothes to prevent seat damage. Always change completely before hailing a taxi.
* **Optimal Transit Route & Last Train Times**: The fastest connection back to central Seoul is **GTX-A KINTEX Station** (Exit 5, 5번 출구, ~10 min walk), reaching **Seoul Station** (서울역) in roughly 16～17 minutes with no transfer. The **last GTX-A train bound for Seoul Station departs at roughly 23:25**. After the 22:00 show finish and changing into dry clothes, you will have plenty of time to catch the last train. **Line 3 Daehwa Station** last trains depart at 23:05 (Ogeum) and 23:35 (Samsong).
